Jiaxing Railway Station is known as "the railway station in the forest", and the whole project highlights the  "green building concept". The roofs of the north and south station buildings are all arc roofs, with a height  difference of nearly 2 meters from the roof edge to the roof center. In order to achieve a beautiful and  harmonious appearance, a unique installation structure is specially adopted. The photovoltaic modules are  cleverly laid to be consistent with the shape of the roof surface, and the photovoltaic modules are integrated  with the building roof. The total installation capacity is about 1.2 MWs, with an estimated annual power  generation of 1.1 million kWhs.
