碲化鎘薄膜太陽能電池的含鎘量大約在7g/m2 左右(一般在3~10 g/m2范圍內),且主要以(yi)碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式存在。薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)中鎘(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)量(liang)與電(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)面積以(yi)及CdTe和(he)CdS薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度成比例關系(xi)。一平方米(mi)(mi)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)片,平均每微(wei)(wei)米(mi)(mi)厚度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)量(liang)為2.9克,每微(wei)(wei)米(mi)(mi)厚度硫化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)量(liang)約3.7克。一般工(gong)(gong)藝中,碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度大約在1~3微(wei)(wei)米(mi)(mi)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you),而(er)硫化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度則(ze)在0.2微(wei)(wei)米(mi)(mi)左(zuo)(zuo)右(you)。也就是說,每平米(mi)(mi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)片中,碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)量(liang)在3~9克左(zuo)(zuo)右(you),而(er)硫化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)量(liang)則(ze)小于1克。并且,隨著(zhu)研究和(he)行業工(gong)(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,薄膜(mo)太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)(neng)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)厚度還將繼(ji)續減(jian)小,也就是說碲(di)化(hua)鎘(ge)(ge)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)含(han)(han)(han)鎘(ge)(ge)量(liang)也將繼(ji)續減(jian)少。
